Katie is fabulous! She is truly amazing at what she does, and this salon in general is so cute and comfy. The atmosphere is spectacular and the decor is spot on, definitely recommend!

I got my eyebrows microbladed by Brittney of unrealindy cosmetic tattooing. She was late for our appointment. Only did my consultation at arrival (not before). I wanted combo style but she recommended shaded. I like how she mapped the shape out. But at the end they were Huge. Absolutely too big and solid black. I understand they calm down but it took weeks for them to fade. I told her I was freaking out about how big and black they were many times. She only kept pushing I book my 6week touch up. I said no I'm uncomfortable with you doing anything else on me. It's been mutiple months now thankfully they have calmed down a lot but I still have a red outline around them! Fully outlined and basically nothing in the middle. I regret paying her outrageous prices and just being pushed through the processes like it's no big deal. It is- its my face!

Should be 0 stars I have to leave one star for cleanliness of shop only. But due to what I endured from stylist Felicia Jines I feel zero stars is appropriate and what it should be. I have screen shots of the conversation between her and I as proof of how this went. I contacted her wanting a certain style and color to surprise my husband for his birthday because he is a huge Reba fan. She told me absolutely she could do it. We set up appointment. She cancelled due to migraine. No big deal. We rescheduled and I went in. Needless to say I did not get what I asked for or wanted. She was very unprofessional and like I said I have screen shots of conversation which I will be happy to share. She finally agreed to a refund of which I was happy to just have her fix my hair but she insisted on giving me a refund and telling me she did not want me as a client Due to her perception of the reason for my cut and color which is not true nor any of her business. I finally got my refund after I had to go into salon to get it from her. I would not nor ever will I step foot back in that salon. I and my husband are both in the field of dealing with people and would never treat people that way. i being in the medical field and my husband owning a Construction/contracting business that deals with people on a daily. Very unprofessional and poor business. Beware of this person!!! Jennifer Miller

I always have the best experience whenever I come and visit Kayla! She puts her heart and soul into her work and I'll recommend her all day every day! She is worth every second of my 45 minute drive to see her!
