Don't even bother trying to call for issues with service. You'll get someone overseas who can't speak English and will simply stop responding to questions while staying on the call.

Speeds are less than half the speed listed. Terrible customer service. Expect to be on hold for 45 minutes before you get to talk to the first person that can't help you with a billing problem.The two guys that installed the service were very professional but that was the only bright spot. Update.. I have been disconnected and still receiving bills for current service. When I call they tell me my service is disconnected and how would I like to pay this bill. My contract is expired I no longer have my modem and this is the second month I have been charged with no service. I paid under protest last month but no longer even have the modem. Use at your own risk and ill be happy to post bills and payments.

They tell you they have fast internet, but on rural area, they can only guarantee 1 meg which is slower then dial up. When I had them 6 years ago they were at my house a lot working on dsl.Then one day two of their workers came into my house right after my husband left for work. He put $600 on kitchen counter. Techs were in and out rooms. When they left my mortgage money was gone. I called the company and they said that I didn't see which one did it, so they would have to fire them both. It was Christmas and both had kids. I hated for the children to suffer, so I didn't press charges .I went with another company and TDS HAD THE NERVE AFTER THE THEFT TO TELL ME I OWED THEM MONEY. I TOLD THEM TO TAKE IT OUT OF THE 600 THAT ONE OF THEM TOOK. THEY SAID MO THAT I
