Great company to deal with. We didn’t get what we ordered due to mailing issues , no fault of the company but they made the refund policy very easy. We plan on re-ordering it because we were looking forward to it.l and the company has great reviews about their quality of work.

These guys make some really awesome products. Plus there customer service is top notch. We got a Christmas present with the wrong date sent to us this was not their fault it was ours yet when we called to see what we could do they just shipped us a new one with the correct date awesome customer service I highly recommend these products. I love my new sign its beautiful thank you MRC.

Awesome company with quality products and great customer service. I picked up an order today only to discover that the mistake was my fault. I offered to pay extra because it was my error. Bonnie would not let me do that. She made she it was corrected while I waited. I can not say enough about this company. Their products are beautiful ! Can't wait to give my niece her personalized wedding gift.

This is the greatest company I ever worked with. Every week I order customized champagne flutes for my business. They always respond quickly and get my order shipped to me on time, every time. Great customer service. They truly care I have a older relative who ordered the same item three times as a gift in a weeks time. Fortunately the company saw this happening and stopped the third. After a short phone conversation they are also going to refund one and monitor the account so this can’t happen again. It was so nice to call and actually speak to a human and with no hold time. Great job Bonnie thanks so much.
