This facility has horrible customer service. The unit I was supposed to rent it gave me wrong size and when I attempted to have corrected could not access anyone...So now after 6 phone calls 4 messages left for location manager I am trying to get canceled and my money refunded...I would never recommend this unit to anyone...

Very convenience storage facility. Very well kept. I have been there for years. Jack manages Pittsboro and Brownsburg and really knows the business.

The rental station was easy to use and there is a customer service button you can press if you need assistance. Got in on a great sale.

The kiosk was so easy to use! The facility is clean and well maintained. I love that I can access my items any time of the day or night!

Using the kiosk to rent my unit was very easy. I was able to drive right up to my unit and unload. The property has bright lights.

Positives: Automated kiosk (for payments, etc) and easy 24/7 access is very nice. The lighting is pretty good, and I think there are sufficient cameras (though I wish there were entry gates too).

The kiosk was a little scary at first. But I called the number and Jack picked up and he was able to help me with renting my unit. The facility is very clean.

Facility's clean and well lit at night. I rented online and was able to get my lock at the kiosk. I received a welcome letter the next day.

Update**** This location was apparently in transition of management being taken over by the Brownsburg office. Once I got in touch with them, they were super helpful and solved the problem right away. My previous review was based on unfortunate timing and was premature. Would recommend to friends for sure.

Absolutely abhorrent treatment. New customer who hasn't even moved in yet and we cant access anyone. Paid online and reserved a unit, arrived to move in after driving from across town and the kiosk is broken and the phone number next to it is out of service because the company couldn't pay their bills. Tried calling the phone numbers listed in the email we received with the same amount of luck. Found the owner of the company to be Herman and Kittle in Indianapolis and called them and left them a message as well. This is absolutely ridiculous. The website shows pictures that must be 10 years old, and there isnt even a fence or gate surrounding the units. When we get ahold of someone to get our money back we will not be staying here.
