I love this place usually but lately I've gotten pizza out of the warmer and the crust has been hard. I got off work tonight and usually a really sweet lady is working 3rd shift but tonight (8/10/2024) it was a bald head kid and I just gotten off work was hungry I was gonna try the pizza again and check to make sure it wasn't the crust wasn't very hard if it was i was just gonna ask maybe get half off. By the time I had gotten my fountain drink, I seen him throwing it away.So I asked, are you throwing it all away?He said yes, cause it's expired.I said aww ok. I headed to the cash register where I stood and waited for a little while and I noticed him giving a guy a couple of pieces of the pizza that I had just asked about. Mind u I live in pierceton so places selling food that is open is limited. So yeah he's a little rude but that right there got my blood boiling a little. Hope he learns a little more about customer service if he's gonna work there much longer cuz he has none

Easy on and off of 30 West. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shout out to the two young gentlemen who helped me. Used the diesel lanes. Windshield washer fluid was full, but paper towels were empty. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm across gas stations.

The Cafe sometimes works sometimes doesn't DURRING SUPOSED WORKING HOURS, sometimes makes only pizzas for reasons unknown!!!

Coffee creamer machines are clogged with solidified yellowy creamers. Have not been cleaned properly in MONTHS. Pumps still at mas volume spamming the entire property.

Pump was not working and staff would not answer help call, so I left. I can buy my gas somewhere else.

Manager that was there at 7 am was rude disrespectful and did not want to provide customer service. There is a known issue with the card machine where sometimes my chime card doesn’t work so I brought an extra card and cash to cover my purchase. After it declined both cards, both of which had over 300 dollars on it, I told the manager there was an issue with the system and previous managers had split the ticket between card and cash and for some reason that works. When this manager approached me and was told my card was declined she said that’s not my problem there’s nothing I can do which is when I explained what previous managers did, to which she said that’s not my problem threw her hands up and walked off. I was informed that’s not possible and I could just pay for my items I said fine asked the young lady who was my cashier to take the soda off my order paid in cash. As I was leaving this manager told me to shop elsewhere and I told her I would be. She yelled this across the store. Her tone of voice was rude and her body language extremely aggressive which escalated when I explained how previous managers solved the issue. I know this behavior is not the speedway standard and it is very poor customer service. The manager basically threw a fit.

No public restroom?? From looking at previous reviews and looking at the dirtiness of the rest of the building it seems like they just don’t want to clean them. We had a lovely visit at the Mobile gas station across the street.

Megan had the best customer service I've ever recieved!! Came in the other night after work, I work 2nds so this is the only place open around me, and Megan was super cheerful and helpful. She was very sweet and even asked me about my day. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE! She seemed to be the only employee in that store working and still kept a positive attitude. Good job speedway!

Restroom is filthy. Smells like a dirty diaper bin. 30+ flies in one room. These things are not a coincidence. Was going to get a doughnut on the way out but I was nauseous from the smell in the bathroom. Probably best for my health that I didn't get one. Love speedway Cafe but won't be going to this location again.
