“I've used Bussard for several repairs over the last couple of years and have felt confident with how Kim takes care of me and my car. He does honest work at reasonable prices and spends the time to figure out the underlying cause of the problems I bring to him - kind of old school mixed with modern tech approach, which is great. Being a single woman it is reassuring to know that I have a mechanic I can trust not to take advantage of my situation. My dad has worked on cars for years but lives far away, and he agrees that the service I have gotten has been great. It's also nice that the shop is in walking distance from my house so I don't have to worry about finding someone to help me drop off and pick up my car.”

“A great, trusted place!!! Had some work done almost two years ago on my car including tires, battery, and some suspension work. My battery failed almost close to the warranty expiring and I called Boggs and they said bring it in to the pit stop and we’ll swap it out. When I arrived they immediately took my keys and pulled it into a bay. While one employee swapped the battery out, the other went under the car to do an inspection. They even found out I had an exhaust leak in the mesh pipe. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They made my day!!”

“Roger is the GOAT! We brought this man a vehicle we introduced to him as needing an oil change, and coolant leak repair. He found a rusted engine mount as the cause to the coolant leak and did some other repairs. My check engine light is no loner on after 3 years and my car is running the best it ever has in the 4 years I've had it.Services: Electrical repair”
“I took my truck to my normal repair shop for 20 years to replace Transmission rear seal that was leaking bad. They put in new seal, but indicated my transmission had bigger problems. It still leaked bad. I called Russ Moore in Warsaw, IN. I had an appointment and dropped truck off night before. They called me at 2PM next day and said your truck is done. They fixed leak and problem causing leak for less than I paid my normal mechanic shop to replace seal that still leaked. Extremely satisfied and happy. “I recently purchased a car that had a chip in the windshield. Dealer said it had already been repaired but, with a big road trip and winter coming up, you can never be too careful.
I called Thursday morning to see if they had room for me the same day and it worked out perfectly!
The location was easy to find, and there were plenty of open parking spaces. Customer service was fantastic! The office is decent and straight forward. Super friendly folks who know what they're doing. Highly recommended!”

He helped restore my 93 rx7 (which sat for 12 years) with a new built engine and transmission, which was a significant amount of work with all the other minor details involved. He even helped me make decisions for factors I did not have the experience to properly decide, and every decision ended up being exactly what I wanted in the end.
It is very rare that I don't have at least a small criticism about work performed by a shop, but I cannot think of anything negative about this experience. I will definitely be coming back for all future work.”
