Will let's start with the dumbest phone service you can have. You can't talk to anyone. You have to wait for them to call you back sometimes they do, and sometimes they don't. If another pharmacy would come into Petersburg, they would lose a lot of business, and the only reason I gave them one star will you have to. Oh, and yesterday me and my 4 year old girl and I were there, and the lady at the checkout was so rude to my daughter where I almost said something. Will enough complaining about something that will never change. I just hope one person sees it and says I'm not going there.

This cvs is a joke and all the ladies that work in there besides 1 or 2 think they are better then the next 😂 My medicine will literally be ready for refill then they go in the system and change it so that I can’t pick it up! I can’t stand cvs and pike really needs a different pharmacy!

Got a good deal with coupons and extra bucks saved about $14 only thing that needs to change is the self service no customer service without having to ring bell and wait for them to come.

I like the people at CVS. Always helpful and friendly. Pharmacy folks are also very nice and helpful. Trent, the pharmacist here, always takes the time to answer any questions you may have.

Very rude people especially a pharmacy employee named Josie she will hang up on you and bring tears to your eyes she works on the recieving side of the Pharmacy so beware this lady will ruin your day and mood

We called them first. To see if they had the flu and covid shots. They said they did. Made the appointment .for the same day. Went there to get shots. Then they told us . They couldn't give them to us because the shot wasn't thow. I think they should have told us right up front they couldn't.

Just had the most uncomfortable interaction with one of the ladies that work there in the pharmacy area. I couldn't see her full name badge but think it might have been Kathy ? She couldn't find my sons name in her system so she does a loud irritated huff sound, then tosses(instead of handing) a pen and pad of paper at me and tells me (not asks) to write his name down. Not one smile from her, she not only made me uncomfortable but even my daughter asked when we walked away why that lady was so mean for. Its just frustrating when all I am trying to do is get my child's medicine, and the person who is suppose to be helping me, made me feel like I was such a bother.

Petersburg Indiana cvs constantly messes the insurance up. You can be the second car in line and it still takes an hour to get your prescription. This one of the worst cvs to be operating. Many customers are leaving cvs and going to Walmart because of extremely poor customer service.
