I stopped at this village Pantry as I usually do before going to work. I thought I would get some chicken. Found the whole rack was cleaned out. So I thought I will get something in the quick grab. Everything looked old. So I went to get my usual. Bugles. Jackpot. They had 2 for $3.00. Any Flavor.. Went to check out. Rang up $4.89. I asked why it wasn't 2 for $3.00. The lady asked the manager. He stormed out of the office went to the Bugles read the sale tag. Ripped it off and told the lady to ring it up as full price. WHAT. I still got the 2 bags of Bugles. By then there was 4 people behind me. Did I mention I was wearing g my military Veteran Jacket. WOW.

The food is hard and dry, the employees are lacking in the friendliness of customer service. Plus side, the store seems mostly clean.

In 38 years I've eaten a lot of gas station food. This ranks near the bottom. The bacon egg biscuit taste old. The tots were hard and taste like old fryer oil. It's 5 am. How can the food not be fresh? That's twice I've been disappointed here with the food. The staff member was friendly though so they have that going for them which is nice.
