I'm in there often, as I'm a small business owner and ship quite a few packages. I really used to enjoy going in there but now I just dread it. The staff is extremely rude. They nitpick about every little thing. They have lost five of my packages just this month! This seems to be happening more, and more often. Packages are dropped off and just disappear. They never start tracking. Nobody knows what's happened to them, nor do they care. This has cost me quite a bit of money. I'm not happy.

Only a handful of good mail employees. Rest do not care and will just deliver it next day. So many times has my mail not shown up the day it was supposed to.

Literally the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with from package delivery to getting my mail delivered lucky too even get my mail on the weekends and through the week I’m lucky to get it before 6 or 7 at night

Im not sure why a huge box was set for delivery to my mail box when packages are set to come to home. Maybe im wrong but the ignorance displayed says this was a total waist of tax dollars to send one out then leave with package to return tomorrow. We gotta do better!

I just had to chase a mail truck down the street to get a package that was supposed to be delivered to my mothers house 2 days before and was told by the driver that they would not deliver because they are afraid of traffic and will not get out of the truck and walk through snow

Every time I've been at the Post Office , the people there has treated me well. My carriers for 602 Harrison are also been good. I'm sorry for 4 stars, but God is the only one for perfect. God Bless.

I dont even think they deserve 1 star but it made me give a star lol This place is aweful for over a year I have called and complained about the same issue with our mail and it continues still!!!!! Today when I called and complained AGAIN for the thousand time about the same issue I asked for the lady over the carriers a lady named Lorena said that was her and I asked for her bosses name because nothing is being done she said she didnt have a boss she was the big boss well come to find out the The office of inspector general post office is now being contacted Im tired of not getting my mail sometimes because its been blown all over or soak and wet and ruined because they dont know how to close the lid I shouldnt have to complain over a year and still having to complain about the same issue is totally unacceptable period
