I don't think nobody should be allowed to get scrap metal from your dumpster anymore because an old man verbally attacked me and threatened me even though I was there first to get the metal he told me to piss off so I don't think anybody should be allowed to get it anymore. Now what would happen if my 75 year old grandpa or 68 year old grandma was with me and he threatened us not just threaten me but us. So I think you need to put a stop to anyone getting the scrap if you don't then I'm going to go up to the police station and file a report because you told me yourself that I could have it and no one else could and I was there first so it's rightfully mine so I'm getting him for theft
