We picked stans storage because they had the best reviews. And we were EXCEEDINGLY let down. They didn’t charge us for our first month until a month later, and we’ve been calling to cancel it for 3 weeks (no longer use it) and they do not answer or call back. They are still charging us knowing we no longer use it because they have already rented it out to someone new and put a new lock on it. And on top of that most of the stuff in the front half of the until was damaged or ruined due to water leaking in the until. This was a completely horrible experience and we will never be going back.
