Wanted a Spark and wanted a color that was different. I saw this on Paul- Richard website and called immediately. My purchase was pleasant and easy. I enjoyed every minute of the sale and when Hubby trades up we will definitely return to them to buy our next vehicle.

Don't order a car from this place and think you will get it. We ordered a 2024 Trax 2RS from them in September of 2023. They told us it would be 3 to 6 months possibly longer. A week after we ordered it GM confirmed in an email that it was a buildable order and would be put in line to be built as soon as it was accepted. The sales person we started with left Paul Richards an we were given Rick Shaw. In January, 4 months later we inquired as to an update an were told that GM still hadn't accepted it an we were looking at closer to 6 months or longer by the manager Tom. So we waited and saved more money towards a down payment. Fast forward 8 1/2 months now, with no call ever from the dealership we call our new salesman Rick Shaw and he tells us in March GM kicked it out because something wasn't available. We never received a call so that if it was something we could live without we could just adjust the order. Rick was very rude and said that even if GM picked the order up we would have to get a 2025 because 2024's were no longer being built. We were trying to keep our purchase local to help community but this whole dealership is a joke and couldn't care less if they get your business, I recommend Rochester or Logansport. Rick Shaw is the worst salesman ever laughing at my husband's frustration. So I guess they don't need local customers!!!

Kinda of a bad deal.
I had intrest in purchasing a 2500 silverado 1st of the yr , I was getting hounded 4 ,5 calls aday by the salesman, wouldn't give me a chance to come in then calling my office repeatedly, I called him back and wasn't nice and that deal was gone.
I was recently working in the area again I seen another truck ,I stopped in,thought I would try again.
I was looking around had a young man approach me and told him what I was looking for ,He describes one they just took in but not available.
It's seemed worth waiting on to look at.I asked for a card ,nope so I gave him mine and waited o a call after several days no call.
I made several calls to the dealership no price still in service, Again I call I spoke with young man no price still in service ,2.5 weeks .
Been looking around found a few new ones, I call the bank my money ready
So I call dealership ask for GM I get a price Just after speaking to sales and was told nope no price.
Dealership calls it's sales telling me I need to come in to work a deal they wo turkey over the phone , I tell them sell it ,it's over priced I'm cash ready to go here's my offer ya you gotta come in I told them call the bank who to ask for if they wanted the money they will cut the ck.
Sales texted me call me ,I know it's over priced you gotta come in man .
So I bought a new one somewhere else.
To the sales at this dealership, YOU DONT CLOSE EVERY DEAL BY BEING IN CONTROL ,ITS CALLED MUTUAL RESPECT ,ILL NOT BE BACK ON YOUR LOT.YOUR THE REASON FOR OVER PRICED VEHICLES AND POOR SALES PERFORMANCE.
STOP TRYING THE PRESSURE TACTICS IT DOESN'T WORK .
FOR EVERYONE YOU PUSH AWAY THERE IS A DEALER READY TO MAKE A DEAL.
GOOD LUCK AND LEARN NO EVERY ONE NEEDS YOU.

We took our Silverado to Paul Richard after my husband hit a deer. The body shop and parts department did a wonderful job on quickly getting the parts we needed and getting the job done. We also appreciated that they were thorough and fixed other things that they had found wrong along the way. Monica was very helpful and got us a courtesy car in no time! We have been loyal customers of Paul Richard and will continue to do so in the future!

I want to thank Monica for helping my mother with her car. She had repairs done quicker than expected and the technician did a great job! It looks amazing!

My experience with Paul Richard’s Chevrolet has been nothing short of a disaster. After bringing in my Volkswagen Jetta for repairs following an accident, the communication and service from this dealership were abysmal.
Initially, the repair process seemed to go smoothly, but upon receiving my vehicle back, it immediately exhibited issues not present before. The car went into limp mode, and the check engine light illuminated. Upon returning to Paul Richard's, the response from the staff, particularly Monica, was shockingly dismissive. Because of Monica’s handling of the matter it was deemed unrelated by our insurance and we had to undergo a full investigation and PROVE that the damage was related which we did and passed with flying colors of course. Claiming incompetence in working on Volkswagens is not only negligent but contradicts the dealership's supposed expertise in handling all makes and models.
Subsequently, when a genuine issue was PROVEN AS – an Exhaust Flange damaged during the incident - . This refusal to acknowledge clear evidence has left me without a car for an extended period.
Furthermore, when we attempted to address these issues with the owner, Ion, the experience took an even darker turn. Ion was not only unhelpful but shockingly disrespectful. We couldn't help but wonder if his behavior was influenced by our status as an interracial gay couple, suspecting a possible underlying layer of racism and bigotry as he was extremely combative even though we had never spoken to him prior.
What's most concerning is the complete absence of transparency regarding the Staff and their abilities, as when we dropped off our Jetta we made sure with the Body Shop Manager Mike that they do in fact work on Vw’s and made sure that it was in good hands.
My overall experience with Paul Richard’s Chevrolet has been highly disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services based on the poor communication, dismissive attitude, and potential discriminatory behavior.

I bought a car from here almost two years ago, on the way home the transmission started messing up and I thought no big deal I paid for the extended warranty so it was cover. When I bought the car and warranty the contract writer told me as long as I brought the car to that dealership while the car was under warranty there would be no charges from the service department. Well almost two year since then my car is still having transmission problems. It's been in their shop 6 times for the same thing and their idiot techs are trying to say that transmission slipping is normal at a low idle and when I picked it up today all of the sudden I have a 154 dollar diagnostic fee for a problem they didn't even diagnose. I will never go here again nor do recommend anyone else going here. If I could give them negative stars I would

Seem to be friendly enough people, but we towed my sons truck there on Monday, and they kept telling him they couldn't find the problem. They are a GM dealer ship, right. Come on people figure it out. I finally called on Wednesday and told them what I thought the issue might be. When we called them back Friday morning, they told us the technician wasn't coming in till 10 !!! I see the problem now, or at least part of it. The service industry in Indiana sucks, big time, you are hard pressed to find anywhere that will make you feel like they even care . All I can tell you is GOOD LUCK!!!
