The skinny punk working down @ the Peru,IN store wouldn't even help me look up a part because it was not a Ford or Ram then proceeded to laugh at me when I told him I guess I'd have to go somewhere else. One lucky punk today! Hopefully he is on his way out because that's definitely bad for business.

I stopped in Sunday 2/26/24 around 430-500 pm Looking for 5w50 MotorOil which they did not have any on the shelf.I was the only customer in the store I walked up to the counter were employee was perched upon his stool,had is hoodie hood up doing something with a paper towel . I ask if they didn't carry a certain motor oil if they could order some. Employee mumbled something that i could not hear, I ask him if he could repeat what he said, He said "Probably Not". That was it. Very disrespectful. In the future i will spend my money with the company that actually has customer appreciation.

just uneducated lazy part sellers. had some rotors I wanted turned that were above minumum thickness to be turned. he actually takes his dial caliper out and cannot repeat the minimum thickness. then tells me "well it's close enough". I just hate to be lied too.

I was helped by your store 6418 in Peru, IN on Sunday 4 June 2023. My Wife, 3 dogs and I were stranded on highway 31 near the intersection of highway 18 and my water pump went out, throwing my serpentine belt in 90 degree heat pulling a camp trailer. I called the store to se if the parts were in stock. In true Oreilly fashion they had everything I needed. I asked the person on the phone ( I believe her name was missy) to set the parts on the counter as my sister was on the way from a local campground to get them. She was extremely professional and helpful and assured me the parts would be waiting. My sister had a painless visit to the store and I got everything I asked her to sit out for me.
