All my stuff is filthy dusty, I've killed 6 or more mice. It's a mud hole and the price went up to $145.00 a month. Crazy ??

Have been trying to pay.. Their website wont let me pay my payment after i paid to get one. When called said it my internet connection.. Ive tried everything from 4g to 5g to using wifi with nothing connected.. Finally got a po box to send payment. Not happy with the customer service as well as payment options. Needs a real way to pay. Not a website that work only to get a storage unit.

Facility Is ran in a very unprofessionally quality no office website has issues in regards of payments staff is not helpful at all different people doing different jobs not wanting to deal with customers the payment manager Chassidy or Cassidy forwards all calls i would advise for nobody to use this facility and I will be reporting this business to the BETTERBUSINESSBUREAU In hopes of having this facility shut down so nobody else has to deal with these people

Clean units, friendly manager. Water pools up during heavy rains, not in the units but on the areas between the units where you park.

Units leak and the business is ran unprofessionally. Website to pay monthly payments also has issues and when you contact via email there is no response. I lost a ton of belongings due to leaking between unit walls allowing black mold to ruin everything.
