I would leave no stars if I could.
I went into the men's restroom and on the baby changing station some low life scratched off the (c) on changing station so it reads baby hanging station. This is so rude and pathetic.
You would think someone from management would correct this?!?
This is actually the first review and it wouldn't allow me to post the picture of this so I posted from my buisness account.
I did make the worker aware of this initially and apparently it was brushed off. I then stopped back on my way back home from Canada and it was still there. This is when I decided to post it. Instead of assuming I didn't say anything; your approach could have been different.
Do you clean your restroom everyday?
How could this be missed over and over?
I live in Indy and stop here whenever I pass thru but this will stop today. I will patronize someone else!

I took the video a week ago and stopped back today, and it's still there! I posted the picture to the pictures from their website for everyone to see how sad this is.
I am beyond livid!

McDonald’s should invest in the JJ’s bathrooms to bring them up to brand. JJ’s should take on the lions share of the responsibility. Brilliant that JJ’s brought on a MC’ds but the JJ’s condition erodes the experience.

Location good, truck parking good. Store has everything you need and looks clean. They do not clean the showers between use. There was piss all on the seat of the toilet in the shower I paid for. I told the manager and she just said ok and went right back to looking busy. The attendants don’t care.

Great parking.. Friendly staff and clean showers and restrooms . Laundry available here also!
Showers are $14.00 or free with 50+gallons fuel Roady's Cards accepted here.

Very small place for as much as they have at this location. Had a funny smell but the place was clean. The EV chargers are amazing! Only negative thing is many people seem to park in the EV chargers parking spots without charging.

Old School Truckstop charm without being worn out and needing to be updated. Place looks great and clean.Looks like they have most everything you'd need while traveling and have an attached McDonald's is a big plus.Definitely recommend stopping in.

I got into a little accident with animals crossing the highway & got towed.Till I got picked up the staff here allowed my dog & I to relax; I asked to stay in the laundry room so that we were out of the way.Thank you Nolan for your help & patience.They checked in on us from time to time all while being kind, patient, & courteous.Thank you for your patience & hospitality.
