I bought an F-250 from them with a bad thermostat. When it was in the shop about a week after purchase they scanned it and it had 10+ stored faults. All the glow plugs bad, bad turbo, and a faulty injector. All in the truck lasted maybe 5 months before I had to pitch it because it needed 15k on the low end to fix right. The body was rust free but it wasn't worth the price. I suppose make sure you get your mechanic to double check before you buy. I get its an as is purchase but why was there no engine light with that many stored faults?

My fiancée and I bought a GMC sierra here a couple weeks ago and we had a great experience. The moment we walked in the door everyone was respectful, helpful, and not pushy at all. This was one of the best car experiences we have ever had. There was a minor issue when we bought the truck and we were aware, but the employees at Drapers worked the repairs in, and they were able to get the truck in the shop and fixed within a couple days. Thank you for the great experience, we recommend Drapers auto!

Bought a used pickup truck from them and have had nothing but issues major coolant leaks, bad abs module/ wiring issues bought truck in November and still can’t drive it would not recommend buying from them

We purchased a jeep from here . We actually was running late in the evening chad stayed open and waited for us to make a decision made it super easy to purchase the vehicle, very personable and friendly!! It needed a new radio , he got us right !! We had a great experience, and so excited for our new addition

They are great…..until they get your money. I wrote a check and it took almost a month to get the title mailed to me. They found a spare key and mailed it in a regular envelope so it of course got ripped out by the post office machines (then blamed it on the post office instead of just apologizing). They filled out a separate paper instead of signing the title correctly (and blamed that on SOS and what they wanted even though the directions are very clearly on the form). A check engine light came on the day after we got home and when we scanned, codes had obviously been cleared before. Then when we called to let them know all this, both the salesman and owner were very rude. The owner claimed they “lost money” on our sale and apparently that gives them the right to treat us poorly and not own up to any mistakes on their part. Definitely won’t be back and definitely won’t recommend to others.

Man working there did not know jack about squat.Did not seem to care at all about selling me a car.Even if the dealership does not do the financing he could've at least found out on his computer,made a phone call or something besides tell me to go to the website and search out myself.The last 2 dealerships I bought a car from did not handle the financing part either but I got the down payment/bi-weeky payment info from them very quickly.The man working here just seemed to be on guard duty or lunch break and not want to be bothered.

Bought a Dodge Caravan in April 2020. Nothing but trouble since we bought it. I’ve had to have a complete tune up, sensor, new tires, fuel pump, new battery, and now the coolant tank is completely empty. Barely made it home and now without a vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying a car from there. They must not check out any of the cars before they put them on the lot!!! I think it has been in the shop more than not. Called them and they said sorry but couldn’t help.
