Everything went better than expected with the transfer to a larger unit. Staff was understanding , courtious and accommodating . I would recommend Bolt to anyone and my friends.

Facility is clean and well kept. Communication is easy. Had issue with wrong unit number and was really easy to fix right over the phone even though it was evening on a weekend. Bill payment is easy right online. Plan to only rent short term with promotional price because price does seem a little high, but definitely worth the security and convenience

I rented here because it was nearby. It hasn't been the best experience- especially considering what they charge.There were homeless people living in some of the units. Stuff was strewn everywhere and it was frightening. Side gate was open, where anyone could walk in. Front gate was broken numerous times for days- wide open.There were animal feces in front of my unit. Their "free" locks are total garbage and on 2nd use, don't want to open.Sliding handle on my unit is rusty and broken.**They had a 3 month special rate- but charged me regular price every month and argued that I was wrong about the special.They finally said I was correct, but I had to call every month and get them to fix it.

Unit was nice and clean when I got It but one door doesn't work and the other is hard to open has been a month now ? beyond that everything has been good was super easy to rent they provided locks and the customer service was very helpful but maintenance not so much I guess

This place is GREAT!! I had too rent a unit, last minute & on a holiday!! I Also, had to purchase an additional unit, when I realized that I had too much stuff for just the first one!! It's quick & easy!! My only complaint is they don't have lights in the units!!

I am a first time renter at Bolt. I was a renter when it was Discount Storage. I was able to rent my unit online and they make it very easy. When I got to the unit they left a complimentary lock to use while using the unit. I appreciate the use of the lock and it's a nice lock. The unit is clean with a nice smooth floor. I noticed they have many cameras outside for security (I like that). The area it's self is a good area. No problems so far but is only been a week.

I set my unit up online from start to finish and I had someone follow up with me via text shortly afterwards. It was great. Customer service is fast and on point. Unit was very clean and a brand new, complimentary lock and keys were in the unit waiting for me. It was so convenient.

Had bit of trouble getting in but mainly because we lost message with codes. Two phone calls to support and we were able to access the unit.Did wish I had a broom because unit had alot of cottonwood dust bunnies on the floor ?
