Customer service is lacking. Never a good idea to cuss customers out over the phone. At least be a grown up and do it face to faceThe fact that you know what this is regarding shows you are in the wrong because I didn't even mention what this was about. Guilty conscience much?

Very unprofessional to my family member!! Cussing at a customer is absolutely not acceptable!!! Would NEVER call them!!

I see a bunch of fake 1 star reviews from haters on there page.NOT TRUE.brad and Carrie are great and honest local citizens who work very hard.its ridiculous can just run to Google when you don't like someone and trash them.karma livesService: Special vehicle towing
