I have been a patron for 15 years and the manager at your Peru store is the absolute worst I have ever seen! Since her hiring, the store runs out of supplies all the time. This morning I went to get a cup of coffee as I had done every morning and the store is out of sugar, AGAIN! I asked if there were packets available and she said the only sugar she had was on the shelf. I went to ask her if she would open a bag and she ignored me and went back to her cubbyhole. In the past other managers have opened a bag to accommodate the customers. When this store ran out of sugar when she first started working there, she blamed it on her employees. Talking to an ex-employee, this woman didn't fire her, but had a sub-ordinate do the dirty work. If this is how you run your stores, this woman needs to be promoted to the corporate level. I also noted that no matter how long the line is, she won't get off her butt and manage the other register. If I wanted long lines I would go to CVS. I guess I will have to go to your Grissom store if I want good, prompt service.
