Let's see my appointment was 8 am, I am covering this load because another driver didn't get it picked up, so I'm late.... sat on the yard for 2 hours and 40 minutes, assigned a door and been sitting in it for 44 minutes and haven't been touched, checking in took 30 minutes not a great experience so far.

Even know I was late due to scheduling conflicts.. I paid the 225 late fee they got me in a door and load pretty quickly as I was then a work.. friendly staff.. so they get a great 5 stars from me

They damage my trailer.. they have very equipment for loading.. make sure when they loaded they not damage ur trailer.. if they damage ask for there insurance..

Checked in last night around 1930. Was told they probably wouldn't get me into a door until my appointment at 1600 next day because they are swamped. Got multiple calls the next day because my phone was on silent while I was sleeping. A dock worker came n on Knocked on the cab to tell me to go in a door. That was around 10 am. Loaded with paperwork in hand by 11. Overnight parking. Friendly staff. 21k pounds. -10 degrees.

Would get 5 but had an appointment thru broker for 4:30 am and when I arrived they said my appointment was a 4 am and it would cost me $150 to get unloaded because I missed my appointment time. Why would a broker say my appointment is at certain time to have me be late?

2/14/2023 Checked in about two hours early for my appointment, was given a door. Loading started about a half hour before my appointment and was completed one hour after. Major improvement from the last time I was here. GREAT JOB !!!I do however have to bring to attention that the load was not straight, some pallets were not wrapped, pallets were badly broken, trailer walls were scuffed and cut (metal shavings on floor), I was left with a very considerable amount of debris.There is no reason to rub the walls or slide pallets on the floor, take some pride in your work, it is a direct reflection on you. Please remember that these trailers cost on average about $100K, and they are how we make our living.

I had an 11am appointment for a pickup. Arrived at 9:30am and given a door right away. The shipping woman was very helpful considering I couldn’t find the PO on the dispatch documents. I was loaded and with paperwork in 1.5 hours. Good job MW.FYI, Make sure you arrive on time, no later than 20 minutes late or you have to pay $150 late fee.
