The manager in this store has to be one of the worst, if not the worst manger I've ever had to deal with. I purchased an S24 Ultra in January. 2 weeks after I purchased the phone I started having problems with the charger port. So I took the phone back to the store I purchased it from. The manager was the one who helped me. So ofcourse when I took it in it worked. So I left. Fast forward 2 months and I'm still having problems with the charger port. It now will not charge at all. So on 4-23-2024 I took the phone back to the same store. Coincidentally the manager again was the one who helped me. So she takes the tool used for changing sim cards and starts digging my port saying it's dirty. Mind you I have it in a $70 Otter Box I purchased the day I bought the phone. So after she did that it worked. Sure enough as soon as I got in my driveway it wasn't working. Only now she did something to where now it's say somethings plugged in when it's not. Plus the screen won't time out now. It just stays on now killing my battery. So I took it back up there. So I go directly to her and explain that whatever she did only made it worse. Immediately she get defensive and stated " I'm not liable " I'm looking at her like " but you dug in my phone " and now it's functioning improperly. She then tells me I have to file a claim with Samsung because I missed the 30 day return period. I then reminded her I came in 2 weeks after I purchased it for the same problem and you helped me. Plus I didn't want Samsung to possibly try to blame me for tampering with the device and void my warranty. She didn't care So I told her I didn't ask her to do that. So we started to argue and she asked me to leave the store and I did. I filed a complaint with corporate and I contacted tech support. They immediately sent out another new phone and checked my previous phone as defective. They were great. I wish I could say the same thing about the manager. She was terrible. She could have simply contacted tech support and explained the situation. It definitely could have been resolved if she would have cared. Warning do not let that woman touch your phone. She will do things that could possibly damage it without getting permission. She will then tell you after she does it she's not liable. WOW!
