How friendly the owner is brought me into this nice little shop. It's kind of a tucked away gem in a shopping center. He was nice enough to allow my dog inside to get his treats when he couldve just said no. The owner of the shop even helped me pick out the treats. My dog behaved very well with the cats and the whole experience was excellent. This will be my go to place for dog treats now. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Just went to Seedy Sally's for the first time and what a place! The customer service is outstanding! The staff was so nice and the owner, Scott, is SO kind and SO knowledgeable!! We will definitely be buying all of our dog and cat food from here from now on!

In every interaction, Scott goes above and beyond. My father lives in a local nursing home and I buy my seed from Scott for Dad's bird feeder. When the birds first found the feeder, we had as many as 100+ birds at the feeder at the same time! The birds are such great company for Dad, so I buy the best food I can get, and it's from Scott. His knowledge on birds is amazing. He actually knew which side of the building my dad lived on. There's a forest of trees nearby where the birds live so he said it's a great place for a feeder. I also adopted my cat, Huey, from Scott's store, so I buy my cat food and litter from there now as well. It's a business I want to support. Every interaction is flawless. He's the best.

So glad I discovered this pet store! Scott helped me find what I was needing when it was out of stock everywhere that I checked! He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. This level of service is no longer common. Highly recommend for all of your pet care needs!
