I lost out on 15$ tonight because the young cashier working was clueless on how to refund me my gas I never got. Please get people that know how to do their job! I was late to work because of it as well. I bet he has an extra 15$ in his drawer at the end of his shift. Smh ?♀️

I would love to give more stars, but unfortunately, the conduct and behavior of some of the evening employees has been so terrible, rude, and just overall disrespectful that I am unable to.I usually visit on most days in the mid evening hours. I have noticed there seem to be the same four to five people working throughout my visits to the location.I hate to risk sounding sexiest, as you can tell by name I am also a female, and I am not sure of their names, but the females who work this shift are phenomenal-always very pleasant, conversational, attentive, and hard at work. However, I have noticed over the last several months that customer service when the two males, specifically, are working has become atrocious. It has gotten to the point that I will not go in if I see they are the only ones in the store. Both are constantly on their phones, one with the music turned up full volume, the other having conversations through speaker phone, usually with a line of people halfway back through the store. The larger gentleman has a tremendous problem with controlling the comments he make. I cannot count the number of times I have heard him making rude or derogatory , and even sexual on occasion, comments to not just the customers, but other employees as well. It is common for the smell of marijuana to be so strong within the store upon entering it, that your eyes begin to burn, with both employees being very obviously intoxicated in some form as well.I highly suggest some restructuring of the evening shift at this location. I’ve overheard other customers make the same comments while standing in line, so this has clearly become an issue that needs attention.

They are advertising a "member price" that is $0.30 cheaper than across the street, but that's a blatant lie. Using your member card doesn't get you that price. You have to use their mobile app. It doesn't tell you that anywhere, so you have to be watching the pump. They're just flat ripping people off, and I'm going to report this to the AG.

We arrived at GETGO gas station excited as usual about playing our POWERBALL numbers. The cashier that helped us was a really big woman with a scowl look on her face. I noticed when I was done getting my lottery scanned, I took a minute to make sure all my numbers were scanned and that I was not over charged. Low and behold, I figured out she had over charged me! The problem is that every time I come into this gas station, this particular woman gives me this seductive stare down while I am with my wife, and it really makes me uncomfortable because I am not there for that. And I do believe this is why I was over charged. I believe that she has a thing for me that I do not have for her. Thankfully, the really big polite guy that was working with her gave me my money back.

Gas price same as nearby gas stations, like Loves but is you are traveling gas price for Get & Go is 3.99 gal. It takes 3 to 4 days to work. Fine for us because we won't be heading back this way for 2 weeks. So if you have time get the membership app at the register and us on trip home.Membership price 20 cents cheaper. I think it's work it. Wish I knew soonerWe came on a Friday afternoon. The people were friendly and helpful.

If I could I wouldn’t even give this place of one. We purchased $40 worth of gas and they couldn’t even cash $100 bill. Lady was very rude at the counter told us to leave our other stuff on the counter as we left. We won’t be going back

The m a n that was working today was VERY rude, I asked him if they carried an item and his response was what we got is what we got I couldn't tell you. Poor customer service, if you work at a store shouldn't know this??

Man can we say price gouging on gas 5.16 a gallon and everywhere else is between 4.79 and 4.89

Bathrooms were extremely clean ( i was amazed, most bathrooms near my home etc are not as nice) The workers were very nice !!

Pumps won't read a card or a smart phone. No help button. Save yourself some time and go to Loves and pay more and actually get service.
