“The pharmacist manager is awesome and does her job very well. The gentleman pharmacist is awesome as well but not sure his name. And two of the customer service females are amazing and very helpful! I don't know their names but I'm going to learn them next time I go!! One is white a blonde and the other is black or bi racial but Those 4 I have only positive things to say about them. I didn't have the app and have called them 100 times and they all have been so kind and helpful still! I have the app now?”

“I really like this Payless... except for this one manager, (older white guy, wears glasses) Tim I believe... Every time I go in (& I go in alot!) if he's working he starts (or has someone else) to follow me thru out the store ..no, I don't look 'normal', I have facial tattoos & piercings, and I'm a girl... however, when I've mentioned that behavior to a few other employees they all told me I have every right to be offended & that I'm the LAST PERSON he should discriminate against. On the positive side, Patrick, Onna, and JerRhonda (plus MANY OTHERS!) ARE AWESOME & DESERVE RAISES!!!”
“It is a great place for clients to be able to refill their medicines or get a medication at Genoa. The staff was very friendly and they make sure the client is informed on the medication in which they are taking They don't ask you if you would like a consult they talk to the clients as they are giving them the medication. If they do have questions they are very helpful to answer any and all questions!”
“Clean, good selection. Relies upon self-checkouts. Lines are long. Creates situation where there is no such thing as a "quick" stop to pick up a few items. Plan on wasting a lot of time waiting when shopping here.”

She also complimented the sneakers I was wearing so that made my visit better, especially when I had no clue when my ride was picking me up and it was cold out.”

“I have been using this pharmacy for a good 5 years now and the team has always been super sweet with me. I am usually super laid back about things because I too work in a medical field and understand how people can be, but last night I had to be a little pushy about one of my medications, because it is a seizure medication for one of my dogs and she had just ran out, which is my fault, not theirs. But Mai, I really hope I am spelling your name right, went above and beyond for me even though they were already super busy. I really appreciate every single one of you who work in the pharmacy because you too play a huge role in our healthcare and do not get thanked enough. Penny Lane and I really appreciate everything youve all done! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
