If i could give 0 stars i would, worst customer service ive had i a long time. Greeted by a lady who clearly didn’t want to cut hair and didn’t want anyone waiting on her. Was told a 30 minute wait when i was the only one in the waiting room. I swore to never use great clips 8 years ago and NOW i remember why. Terrible company. Stick to your small businesses folks.

I had frequented Great Clips for sometime, but 2 years ago became ill with stage 4 Cancer, and have undergone extensive Radiation and Chemotherapy Treatments, and as a result have lost quite a bit of hair and strength to even sit in a chair for services. This past weekend, on my 70th Birthday, I wanted to get a haircut to at least look as good as possible in case someone would come to visit. The young lady that cut my hair looked like she was only 12 years old, but had the heart of someone many ages above her appearance. She was caring, and very accomplished in her treatment of me, and when I left......she refused payment. My receipt said "Clips of Kindness". How do you thank someone that refuses payment for services and does it because of the kindness in their heart. It warmed my soul more than can be put into words. I can not stay enough about this company and/or this young lady. My visit was a Blessing, and I will never forget the experience.

Showed a half hour before they closed and wouldn't take me. Tried checking in online an hour prior to them closing and wouldn't allow me to do so. Poor bussiness and to top it off the lady was rude.

My daughter and I both had our hair cut and styled. They were very personable and listened to what we both wanted. There were 3 people working on a Saturday morning, and both of us were in chairs in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely be back.
