I was traveling through Pendleton on a two week vacation and realized I had left all my meds at home. The ladies at this pharmacy were so helpful and efficient in getting my refills covered and filled asap. Awesome service!!

Dont bother they wont even help you at the pharmacy theyd rather shove off the problems onto someone else im not even on a controlled substance i was just trying to get my birth control that ive been taking the same way for 8 years now and they act like they cant help me

I have been shopping at this location regularly for over 10 years, stopping in several times a month for medication as well as routine items. Staff are generally friendly. Suddenly feel like I'm being treated like a shoplifter. Very disconcerting. Staff moving aisle to aisle to watch me, then making up bogus excuses to stand next to me while i browse. Don't know if they are trying to tackle some kind of problem they are having, maybe they will start locking items up next like other branches. Very effective way to lose patronage, i can fairly easily spend my money over the next 10 years somewhere else.

The only issue I have is that the CVS App states a time when prescriptions will be ready, and it’s frustrating when the projection isn’t met. AI not being so intelligent? The staff there are always so friendly and helpful!

I always get quick, informative, and expert care at this pharmacy. I especially like that they help me figure out insurance. Also like getting shots and boosters there. Everyone is very friendly, too.

Please draw your own conclusion, but here is my most recent experience with this CVS pharmacy:My dentist electronically submitted a prescription to said pharmacy. Approximately a half hour later I received a text confirmation from the pharmacy. Approximately an hour later I received a text from CVS stating that the prescription had been filled and was ready for pickup. A half hour later I arrived at the pharmacy to pickup the meds. The lady who attempted to help me had no record of the prescription. I showed her the text message from CVS and she acknowledged it, but said she didn't have it in the system and couldn't fill it. (It's an antibiotic, not any exotic)She said I would need to have the dentist resubmit it. I called the dentist office with the request, then returned to the pharmacy. The same lady, at first, said she didn't have it, but then, as she viewed the computer screen said, "Oh, there it is, it just popped up. Give us 15 minutes and we'll have it." I thanked her and said I probably use the drive-thru which she endorsed.About a half hour later I arrived at the drive-thru window and gave my information. The girl there said she had no record of any prescription for me. So... I parked and returned to the same lady inside and inquired how to get my prescription filled. She seemed mystified and said "It came up earlier but it's not there" She offered to have the pharmacist call the dental office and verify the prescription yet again. By now I'd spent we'll over an hour trying to fill a prescription that CVS texted was ready for pickup. I did comment that the CVS pharmacy wasn't highly rated in Google map reviews and I could understand why. She took umbrage at that. I, at this time several hours later await a contact from CVS as to whether the script will ever be available.

I moved to pendleton almost a year ago and for the last 8 months I have never in my life experienced more issues with getting my medications filled. I am on 2 very intensive controlled substances and I am left scrambling every month trying to get them on time. One time they didn’t fill my prescription for 4 days. I experienced the worst withdrawal symptoms of my life to find out my Dr. had sent the prescription 6 days prior. On top of this, every single pharmacist I have encountered has been nothing but rude, snobby, inconsiderate, and downright mean. They treat you like you are the biggest inconvenience and act like you have no idea what you’re talking about. When I had questions or concerns, they did NOTHING to try and explain it to me. I am baffled at the lack of care and customer service of this location. I worked in customer service for 10 years and have never written a review because I know how it is. But I will never be returning. Thank you for absolutely nothing but stress and anxiety.

I rarely wish for a zero star option...but that would be useful in this instance. Blatant mismanagement runs amok in the pharmacy. Massive delays in filling prescriptions make it faster for me to drive further away to the Anderson CVS. As a native to Pendleton it greatly pains me to say that Anderson is superior in their CVS options.

Have had to be without too many times. Been a customer for many years but not anymore. I’ll pay the extra at Meijer just to have my much needed medicine without waiting weeks
