Amy is amazing and so personal! She is the only agent I like doing business with. I have two teen drivers and her pricing has been the most reasonable and fair, she is also so quick to respond to any messages I may leave her. Amy is the best!!! I would strongly recommend individuals shopping for homeowners or auto insurance to take their business somewhere else. I have been underserved and undervalued as a long time state farm customer. The lack of advocacy and restitution have cause me to leave State Farm forever.In June of 2023 we had a storm come through causing significant hail damage to my home. I called Amy's office to file a claim, and an adjuster was sent out to assess the damages to my roof/gutters/downspouts. My adjuster looked at my roof and proceeded lied to me and a family member on four separate known occasions that he would call me back and never did. I had to keep reaching out to the adjuster and Amy's office to get him to call me back. Through weeks of getting the run around it was finally determined by the adjuster that I only had damage to one slope of my roof. I have had multiple contracts report that I have hail damage all over my entire roof, but State Farm only wanted to pay for one slope. My shingles on my roof are also no longer manufactured.I called Amy to advocate for my home and my family that I did not agree with the adjusters assessment and would like it to be reinspected by someone else. I informed Amy that the adjuster was a known liar, and I did not trust any of his work. No effort for restitution was made on her part. She informed me that State Farm has a process and they stick to it. She told me I would not be allowed to have the roof reinspected by another State Farm adjuster even though the adjuster I was assigned was clearly dishonest. The lack of support from my agent and dismissal of my requests left me feeling very frustrated and taken advantage of. I am still as of January 30, 2024 trying to get closure on this roof matter.State Farm also had very high rates. I shopped around and was able to save $800 a year on car insurance and $850 a year on my home owners insurance.

Awesome help with a claim we had with a vehicle that caught on fire. All the customer service people in the office and from their call centers have been amazing, friendly, helpful, and timely.
