“So many it would take a 4 page pamphlet I'm sure. First, I've been treated 100% as a customer wants to be. Before becoming a customer I saw their monetary generosity 1st hand in a few places around town. 1st with a womens shelter. This came in the evening to these ladies with teaching and instruction on using the banking system to one's best advantage. I know the instructor learned from these resourceful ladies things that helped them save and utilize thier own accounts also! And the snacks drinks and camaraderie were precious. Linda Burt went ask if they could help with some needed repairs to the Center for Womens Ministry. She said,They agreed to help and asked her to provide more things that needed repaired! Although this is a smaller bank then say PNC/Chase, they are very up to date on technology as you can see in the pictures from the drive thru as they have cameras where you can see the teller. Any time I've ever had any issues all the employees are more than willing to help resolve them and they go above and beyond to provide great customer service. The online banking and app is very user friendly, easy to use and my favorite part of the app is being able to deposit checks without having to leave my house.
