The driver was truly respectful; however bad communication from the office and dispatcher. I give the driver a 10 stars

Just witnessed one of their trucks cross across 3 lanes of traffic nearly causing a huge wreck on the Gene Snyder because dude missed his exit (Middletown)... sheesh... Be better.
