I made the mistake of moving to Palmyra and lived there for 2 months. I moved out and the water company apparently doesn’t want to give my 200.00 deposit back, every time I call they hang up the phone. Worst experience I’ve ever had, if you’re thinking about moving there DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They use a 3rd party bill pay that costs you extra to pay with card and cannot take payment at the office if you call. They will only mail out notices, never a phone call or an email. If you live in this area I would recommend getting on well water if you can.

Moved to Palmyra 5 yes ago. Since I have moved in water bill has went from average of 65 to 70 a month to an average of 165.
