‼️SCAM‼️Refused to give me my deposit and kept dragging out so that I’d have to pay them again. Kept useing her mother’s health/death as an excuse as to why she couldn’t do her job. And hung up on me. Unprofessional and rude. A scam even.

It should be against Google policy standards to write a review as an owner. The co-owner Sherr Emerson a 5 star review is misleading to a consumer. As well as the son of the owners Terry Emerson doing the same. Conflict of interest...

Would not recommend. Could barely get ahold of the owners during business hours. The unit smelled when we moved in and when we moved out we found mice. After we moved out they wanted us to sweep in order to get our security deposit. We put tarps down in the unit before we moved in.
