“I had my first experience with Belle Tire, located in West Lafayette and year ago. I was extremely happy with their service and the tires I purchased.
.
I recently returned and had some additional work completed and spoke with Dallas on the phone several times and when I arrived at the store Lane checked my car in.
.
Both Dallas and Lane were very professional and helpful to say the least. In fact I had to reschedule my appointment a couple times around my work schedule and Dallas was very understanding and helpful. And when I worked with Lane today. He was extremely knowledgeable and committed to his work and making sure I had a good understanding of all my options for the service I thought I needed. Notice I said, "thought I needed"... that is because Lane explained to me that my car didn't need the service, and equally he advised me on all the things I might consider for future work given my Subaru has 118K miles on it. This was awesome... It saved me from an unnecessary expense. I was extremely impressed with their honesty and no pressure informative approach regarding other work I might consider given the milage and age of my Subaru.
.
These factors along with the great nature of everyone I have interacted with at this store, bought them a lifetime customer. I will always have their store at the top of my list when any future service my vehicle needs.
.
Many thanks to Dallas and Lane.
Great experience...
Highly recommend this store, without a doubt.”

“I understand a lot of people don't like tow companies due to the nature of the job (mis parked cars being towed without owners knowledge etc), but at the end of the day someone needs to provide the service, and they treated me very well. My car blew a coolant line and had to be parked until I could afford to get it repaired. Called them up to transport to the shop and they were extremely professional and quick. I saw a lot of complaints about cigarettes, but as a smoker myself I am not qualified to comment. I will say the perks of owning your own business is the ability to follow your own rules, and I would definitely capitalize on that if I was able. They were about $10 more expensive than another company I've used for the same run, but that was also 3 years ago, so that's less expensive than most other things hit by inflation. All in all. Solid tow, thanks for the help guys.”
