The actual workers here have always been pleasant in my experience, but when people are forced to wait for 30+ minutes because only one person is scheduled and trying to handle a lunch rush alone, that’s insane and not the worker’s fault. This is an issue management should sort, ASAP. Not fair to the customer or the worker.

Called 4 hours before I needed a big order. Lady was very rude on the phone! I needed 8 plain turkey and 7 plain ham subs and a salad, and once I placed my order w DoorDash (she said she had no help) she cancelled my order through them. Now I have to wait for the refund to come back.I’m sorry but 4 hrs should be plenty of time to make plain subs for some hungry swim kids!! ??

To start this off I have been a long time costumer and I have never received such rude service. The food has been great every time until now. Let me explain, a worker rushed me through my sandwich mind you I’m the only one there. Second I asked for a handful of pickles. This is what she said! “I’m not going to do that it’s not my motto and I still need product for the other customers.” We live in a very small town and there isn’t a lot of business there, so with that worker they are going to lose even more business. Sadly I didn’t get a name I was very upset and just needed to get out of there I should have not bought the product. -Aiden Curry

Walked into this Subway was waiting to place my order. There was nobody in the drive through but yet the person behind the counter told me. I had to wait for drive through and I told them. They could keep their sandwich so if you can't have enough employees behind the counter to take care of your drive through. And you're walking, you need to close the store and get rid of the people. It's there because they're not worth having them there anyway. And you don't treat a customer like that.

Ordered a sub with double meat and double cheese. When I order it from another subway 8 get it for about 13.50. I paid well above $16. I won't be back. Another thing. The veggies were not up to what I normally get. Only really good thing. The bread was fresh.

We ordered from the app and everything was correct with our food. That's saying something. So many places mess up in app orders! I was very happy our food was correct.Our food was not ready when I got there but in their defense, they were very busy and seemed to be short staffed so I completely understand. They were all friendly and working as quickly as they could. Overall it was a good experience and great food.

Haven't been to Subway in a couple years. Everything was just fine but wow the prices went up. Quite literally doubled. No way will I spend $16 on a sandwich meal again. Guess we are done with subway for good.

Ordered Sub Bowls. They were really good but not very big. That's really my only complaint. Glad we can order a bowl since I don't eat bread.
