Has raised rates 3 times in past year if you do fall behind and they lock up your unit and then you get it paid up they may or may not remove the lock for you to access your belongings. And if something happens like your lock is bad they won't reach out and try to set up a tome to get things fixed they wait for you to call and then act like they didn't even know when they are the ones that it messed up on

We've had our unit for about 4 and a half years. We never had any problems. For $40 monthly we could keep a spot. We've never had much money, living paycheck to paycheck, but the nice owners worked it out to where we could make it up the next month if we fell behind. They sold last year and this is not the place it once was. Luckily we are doing better financially and we can afford to keep my great grandmas items closer to us as we moved. 1 month ago our bank info had to be changed and I failed to update my info with this storage. The fees generate were tremendous. 1 month rent is $43 + Late fee = $143Including $15 for a mailing fee. We can look online and see a scan of everything that has came to our box. Not one piece of mail from them. If we were still living paycheck to paycheck, we may have lost our stuff. That's no way to treat customers.As of 2 years ago, We now have units in Penntown and East Enterprise for our business. And one of these places will work fine for grandmas stuff. I would rather pay a little more than chance losing my stuff if something happens.You can see a return on your investment by simply investing, holding, and not running off share buyers that have been there to buy time after time.Not by taking their stuff through discommunication and fee charges.

Very nice staff. We needed a unit for about 3 months, very understanding, affordable, clean, and reasonably priced. I would use them again if I need to in the future.

The lady that runs this storage place is very polite and seems to always be there when I pay for my dad's unit. Tom Yeager is my dad and she is always polite and professional. When the rds were bad she reminded me to be careful and take my time.

I have used this storage company off and on for years.... its the only storage company that i will use. The owners of this place are absolutely wonderful people. And they have several unit sizes to choose from. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful!Miss Ruthie and her husband are the nicest people and most helpful...They even let me borrow a broom to sweep my unit out... Thank you Hoosier hills for the great service and friendly atmosphere...!?
