On my purchase last week of my 2018 Toyota 4Runner TRD off-road from Asian Concepts. It is indeed disappointing to discover hail damage on the roof of the vehicle after the purchase, especially when it was not disclosed to you before the sale.
The lack of transparency from the dealership regarding the damage is concerning, and the response from the salesman, who is no longer employed with the dealership, is unfortunate. It is unacceptable to pay a significant amount of money for a vehicle only to find out about pre-existing damage that was not disclosed during the sale process.
It is essential for dealerships to be transparent and honest with potential buyers about the condition of the vehicles they are selling. Customers deserve to have all the information necessary to make an informed decision before making a purchase.
I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this place just because of how dishonest they are.
stating that you were not aware of the damage as you did not inspect the roof is alarming.
As a customer, it is essential for me to trust that the vehicles being sold have undergone a thorough inspection process to identify any issues or damages. The lack of attention to detail in inspecting the entire vehicle, including the roof, is concerning and raises questions about the transparency of your operations.
Selling vehicles without conducting a comprehensive inspection and failing to disclose any existing damage to customers is not only unethical but also undermines the trust and credibility of your dealership. Customers rely on dealerships to provide accurate information about the condition of the vehicles they are purchasing.
I urge you to review your inspection procedures and prioritize transparency in your dealings with customers. It is crucial to uphold ethical standards in the automotive industry and ensure that customers are fully informed about the vehicles they are considering purchasing.

My Range Rover has been in their shop for over a yr. I was told it would be around 2 months to get fixed and around 5k worse case scenario. 2mos turned to 4mos, 4 turned to 6 mos etc. Then when I spoke to them again they told me it wasn't as bad as they thought then told me the price would be 6500! I'm like wth! They proceed to say I'd have have it soon then that never happened then they had an excuse. Then fast forward more months they tell me I have to give them 3500 if I want them to break the car back down to figure out if they messed my car up or not and if I dont pay and take it else where I'd be liable if it were a mistake they made. So I pay and what do ya know, it was their fault. I'll give them credit for owning up to it though. Still to this day I have no vehicle, lost my job as a heavy equipment operator due to this and have had to pay for a vehicle i can't use as well as insurance for the vehicle i can't use. Absolutely the worse situation ever and I do not recommend by any means. Maybe within another yr I'll get my car back, they could've atleast offered a loaner or something. Everyone e should realize they will not respond to my post like they do everyone else's. They have now made me pay to pick my vehicle up, they never fixed and they kept my money after destroying the vehicle. Tried to back track on everything they initially said with it being their fault and I have proof in a Vmail of them telling me it's all their fault. These ppl are outright crooks and they destroyed my property and stole my money. They will pay a bigger price than they know for this.

May 2022 I purchased a vehicle here and I was talked into buying a warranty for $3500 at the time of purchase.Immediately after taking delivery I noticed there was an alignment issue when driving at highway speeds. This made me question that the car had been gone over thoroughly as the salesperson stated. My next visit was for service on a loose sway bar/ noise when cornering. The service manager informs me that the warranty claim was denied for the amount of $800. I started asking question about the amount he was now trying to charge me and what exactly was getting replaced. He backpedaled and lowered the amount for what turned out to be replacing the $100 end links. No wonder the warranty claim was denied. The following visit/ last visit. I bring the car in for check engine light. The car needed a drivers side oil control valve. The service manager tells me the warranty claim was denied for $1200 repair. He then informs me the dealership ended business with this warranty company and that they are now not covering claims as a result. He says I should cancel my warranty with them and try to get a refund. For good reason I look into the repair to get my car back on the road and can't understand how a $300 part direct from Subaru that has 4 bolts fastened onto the bottom of the car will cost $1200. I take the car home and purchased the part from Subaru and spent 20 minutes fixing issue completely. They sold me on a warranty and then abused the warranty company by over estimating repair costs which in turn left me with denied claims. I got 0 value out of the $3500 warranty they sold me on and I have now spent several months trying to get an unknown amount back as a refund. Finally just over a month ago I finally found out what that amount will be a measly $1,700 in which I’m still waiting for.If I had read a review like this to go off of I would have never stepped a foot in their door. Take it as you will… my take is they have zero integrity

German Concepts has been servicing my vehicles for over 13 years. They are honest, friendly, and treat their customers like family. My first purchase from them was a Mercedes and it was the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. I would highly recommend them for purchases and service. They are truly outstanding in the industry of pre-owned used car sales and service.

UPDATE: MANAGER CALLED ME BACK JUST A MINUTE AGO. HE WAS VERY NICE. WILL UPDATE THE STAR REVIEW ONCE THE NEXT STEP HAPPENS.1 star pending what happens today. Manager was supposed to call me, hasn't yet. My sons car was needing a jump all of the time. We bought a new battery.. then they charged 165 for a diagnostic..said it needed a new alternator..paid almost $1000 for a new alternator or diagnostic fee and labor..and 2 days later the exact same issue is happening. Issue not resolved and and I believe they will try and charge me another 400 for more labor to fix an issue they should have already fixed. Did I even need an alternator???! It was putting out low numbers but again, the issue wasn't resolved and the guy kept telling me I didn't understand...what I understand is I paid a large amount of money for an issue that wasn't actually resolved .I'll update the review If a fair compromise is agreed to.

Review pending what happens next. I took my sons car in for what seemed like an alternator issue. Was told they did not like diagnosis from other places and needed to run their own to ensure what is really wrong w the car. They changed me 165 to tell me the alternator was bad. I paid almost 1000$ to have it fixed. Car won't start after 3 days. It is doing the exact same issue that I took it in for. They said well the alternator needed fixed anyways...and I said.. your fix did not solve the actual issue. I was charged over 400$ for labor and the issue remains the same. They are waving the next diagnostic fee but I also feel I should not be charged full price if anything for labor it fix whatever is really wrong. I have a brand new battery in it. Maybe it did not need a new alternator right now and the issue was something g else. The guy I talked to kept telling me, "you don't understand what I am say!" No I do understand. I was charged labor for an issue that didn't actually fix the reason I brought the car in. But I'm waiting for the manager to call me back. Maybe I'll be surprised and can write a 5 star review after this and on Google reviews and Facebook and maybe I'll tell all of the people I know they did the right thing, or maybe I'll let everyone know they didn't take care of what they should have. I am all okay with paying for parts but whatever else is wrong should not be charged labor.
