Ordered bulk chicken breast after waiting 3 weeks for our order go in to find out they lost it. Go to pick it up and ask for some compensation for having to call and come into the store multiple times and were then told its already discounted for being bulk absolutely zero customer service! The manager wouldnt even come talk to us just sent her employee to do it. Very poorly run business find somewhere else to buy your meat.

I can’t say enough good things about this business and more so just the importance of a business like DC meats. The quality of their product is so amazing, they could be charging double what they do for their food, but the fact that their goal is to just make healthy food accessible to people and bring awareness literally brings me to tears. Give them your business, you will not regret it.

Good place but they're getting greedy with pricing. Dog food was raised from $1.75 a lb to $2.25 a lb - I buy and sell grain for a living, ain't no way the cost of chicken has gone up that much when a bushel of corn is 50% cheaper than a year ago, real slap in the face for long term customers who buy this for their dogs to eat every day.
