Could not have asked for a better car buying experience! I've purchased more vehicles than I care to admit through the years and this was HANDS DOWN the best and easiest and it isn't close. Was on a business trip, not planning to buy a vehicle. Found one I was looking for, drove 3 hours, everything was waiting for me when I got there. Korey and his team were knowledgeable, helpful, professional and very friendly start to finish! After driving 3 hours I was dreading spending another couple hours at the dealership. Not a problem whatsoever! Came in, test drove it, settled on a price, got approved in minutes, signed paperwork, all in under an hour. I still had 2 hours to drive home and still made it home for dinner! Highly recommend!!!

May 2022 I purchased a vehicle here and I was talked into buying a warranty for $3500 at the time of purchase.Immediately after taking delivery I noticed there was an alignment issue when driving at highway speeds. This made me question that the car had been gone over thoroughly as the salesperson stated.My next visit was for service on a loose sway bar/ noise when cornering. The service manager informs me that the warranty claim was denied for the amount of $800. I started asking question about the amount he was now trying to charge me and what exactly was getting replaced. He backpedaled and lowered the amount for what turned out to be replacing the $100 end links. No wonder the warranty claim was denied.The following visit/ last visit. I bring the car in for check engine light. The car needed a drivers side oil control valve. The service manager tells me the warranty claim was denied for $1200 repair. He then informs me the dealership ended business with this warranty company and that they are now not covering claims as a result. He says I should cancel my warranty with them and try to get a refund. For good reason I look into the repair to get my car back on the road and can't understand how a $300 part direct from Subaru that has 4 bolts fastened onto the bottom of the car will cost $1200. I take the car home and purchased the part from Subaru and spent 20 minutes fixing issue completely.They sold me on a warranty and then abused the warranty company by over estimating repair costs which in turn left me with denied claims. I got 0 value out of the $3500 warranty they sold me on and I have now spent several months trying to get an unknown amount back as a refund. Finally just over a month ago I finally found out what that amount will be a measly $1,700 in which I’m still waiting for.If I had read a review like this to go off of I would have never stepped a foot in their door. Take it as you will… my take is they have zero integrity

Honestly my only complaint is getting ahold of the service department, I don’t know why the line doesn’t automatically connect to someone who is available. Then when I try the german or sales team they just transfer me to the same phone that wasn’t getting picked up. All I want is to schedule an appointment, mind you this is the second time i’ve had to call the service team 8+ times. The service team is awesome as far as getting things done, but it’s just so frustrating when i’m calling during opening hours and just not getting the help I need. This whole thing is actually making me regret my choice of purchasing a car here!

Asian Concepts Service will take care of you. I explained my situation and they helped me out the same day.The waiting room is cold and uninviting space but you can browse and look for a new car instead :)

I have recently bought a 2022 WRX from Asian Concepts. Overall my experience was great, the guys there had great communication and were able to answer any and all questions I had. I was talking to Brandon Ditton mostly and he would always text me even past hours to help me out. The guys made the whole process of getting the my new car very quick and efficient, there was really no time wasted. I definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new car, especially since they have a lot of cars that you will not find on other lots.

Worked with Brandon on purchasing a Golf R, which is hard to find at a good selling price! I’m from CA, so working with a car dealer 2K miles away left me feeling a bit uneasy. Brandon made things easy and always kept me in the loop with how things were going. Overall, had a great experience with this dealership. No b.s. no gimmicks, just straight facts! Got a great price on the Subaru WRX STI I always wanted. Hard to find these cars in such great condition and even harder to find an honest place like this these days that you can actually trust to spend your hard earned money. Special thanks to Griffin the wizard, Darek the kind sales rep, and the owner for working with me on price! Would definitely highly recommend and would definitely return. Thanks again guys!!

Brandon Ditton was excellent. Got a quality vehicle at a great price. Made the trade in process extremely convenient by doing paperwork and swapping vehicles at our house so we didn't have to make an extra trip back to their location.

I understand when you have approvals & customers are ready to sign those trump everyone else.Although my wife did have an approval her down payment was higher. The financial manager informed me he would look at his inventory & see if he could make some numbers work “vehicles”Never received a callback I even tried reaching back out and still nothing. I know this company sales vehicles everyday & those customers come first BUT your word to a potential customer “who had other approvals but rather do business with you” should mean something? I rather have gotten told hey we can’t help you instead of being lied to!! (German/Asian concept) Just Disappointing!!
