long time customer the company refused to do my winterization properly and then messed up one of my heads when I asked them to return or follow up service they told me they're no longer working with existing customers and narrowing their scope...

Blew out my system improperly resulting in a cracked main line before the solenoids. $250 plus a ridiculous water bill later, I won't be using them again
