Im just gonna say if I could give 0 stars..I WOULD! I regret ever bringing my fur baby here? When I got there I was ignored (there was a lady at the desk) for over 10 minutes. After having to almost yell to get their attention, the lady handed me a packet I had to fill out.. don’t understand why that couldn’t have been given to me sooner but onto my next complaint. The vet REFUSED to listen to me and would NOT TREAT OR LOOK INTO one of the MAIN REASONS I took my fur baby in. AND TO TOP THE CAKE they so graciously offered to clip my pups nails.. I should have pieced it together that they obviously didn’t know what they were doing but.. I said sure! THERE WAS BLOOD EVERYWHERE!! MY POOR PUPPY WILL NEVER STEP A PAW NEAR THIS (CLINIC) IF YOU CAN EVEN CALL IT THAT!!! AND IF YOU LOVE YOUR FUR BABIES I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME!! ( we went under my fiancés name that’s why they cant find it?) I have the papers from that awful appointment.

The staff are very lovely and patient with my chihuahua (hes a big ol screaming baby after all). The pricing may seem a bit high but I think its worth it for the level of care received.

We love this vet so much. After moving, we established care for our aging dogs and adventurous indoor/outdoor cat, which we needed because we have had to make last minute appointments more than I'd like to admit. But they always get us in quickly and do such a wonderful job helping our pets

Lots of smiles on a rainy Saturday morning! Efficient in their assessment and treatment of our little lady. What I especially appreciate is their taking the time to explain what they were going to do and the why. I left educated in preventive measures for our daughter's pup's wellness. My recommendation is sure!

My recent visit to the veterinarian's office was nothing short of infuriating. Despite coughing up a $50 deposit to secure my appointment and arriving punctually, I was left twiddling my thumbs for a whopping 35 minutes past my scheduled time. To add insult to injury, the office had the audacity to prioritize walk-in appointments over those of us who had the courtesy to plan ahead. This blatant disregard for basic courtesy and professionalism is downright unacceptable. Pet owners deserve better treatment than this circus of incompetence. It's high time this office got its act together and started respecting its clients' time and commitments.

The deposit should have been my first clue! Paid a deposit and waited almost a month for an appointment only to sit in the waiting room for 40 mins before hearing them say that a walk-in was going to be taken back next. I left and disputed the charge with my bank. Maybe if you want people to respect your time you should try respecting thiers instead of using a deposit to try to hold customers hostage in the waiting room well past thier appointment time.

Very friendly and make you feel like family! They are very knowledgeable and will help in anyway they can. They do not perform any tests or administer any medication with out your say so, they will also give you exact amount of services and give you a break down of how much each service is. Overall wonderful place to take your fur babies, they take extra special care and treat them very well.

Kirk Vetinary services were great. They were thorough. It was our first visit. Did not have to wait. They introduced themselves. Treated my dog special. Dr.Kirk answered all my questions took her time was not rushed through. Bentley liked it . I could tell. Maybe not the vaccine shot. Lol. He seemed happy. Prices are good! They even wormed him. Overall, I will go back. Thank you for your services.
