Our family has been camping at Manapogo Park for many years. When we decided to get a pontoon boat, we asked around and folks recommend Tracy and the Lake Pleasant Marine, so I went there and talked with them. Well, I ordered a new pontoon from them about five years ago and have been pleased with it and the services they provide ever since. They service it every year for me, winterizing it and storing so I don't need a trailer. They have fixed my propeller a couple of times from my bad habit of getting into the shallows and now raising my engine. Anyway, Tracy and his crew are great to work with...I recommend them.Steve Webster

Long distance Consignment Pontoon Purchase. Tracy and Jay handled everything I could have hoped for on the sale of the pontoon and made it possible to get the check ride, pick up, and paperwork done in one visit. The boat was in the water ready to go and spotless. I love working with family business and appreciate the efforts they make for their customers. In this case they stayed past closing to close the deal.

I wish I could give this business lower ratings. I took my boat to another Marina after the horrible treatment I received as a customer but after this place "fixed' my boat for basically the same thing two other times and the repair couldn't even get me through a season, I took to a reputable marina for the same problem that I had in the past. They called me up shortly and told me that the impeller was improperly replaced and some components were out in backwards causing it to malfunction and overheat. This response didn't really surprise me. Even the bad customer service is now reinforced by shoddy craftsmanship. Stay clear of this marina unless you want to be treated badly and have work improperly performed.
