The Ellesmere location.....Not professional. Poor communication. After holding my vehicle hostage for almost 2 weeks, they refused to refund me for something that remained unfixed. Had to bring the vehicle to another mechanic. They probably screwed it up more by messing with it. Unless you're going for an oil change or tire changeover, I wouldn't give them the time of day. This location seems to change ownership every couple of years, so there are probably deeper issues. They are understaffed and their website mentions hiring people. Never again.......

Received great service at this location. Had an emergency repair to be done and they were able to help me even though they were near their closing hours. They stayed back about 1 hour beyond their closing time to get my car back on the road. Thank you for the great service guys, certainly well beyond my expectations and will be back for continued service.

I've been going here for a few years now. Always great and timely service. The staff is very friendly and and they treat you like family. I've got nothing but good things to say and i've referred my relatives here as well who now service all their vehicles here.

You'd think most of these reviews were written on or about October 17, 2018! Anyway, got here promptly @ 8A and was met by a very cordial and friendly employee. Arrived with a flat tire and left, happily, 45 minutes later w/ a fixed tire. Waited longer than anticipated, but it was due it being a one man show. Mechanic was out, so the "Jack of all" not only wrote up work order, answered phones, but performed the work itself. Bonus is the comfortable waiting room w/ cozy leather chairs and Van Houtte coffee machine. Oh, and TV. I almost didn't leave!!!

We didn't come here for any service work. My daughter and I happened to stop by while they were having a BBQ. The folks were friendly and I'm sure when they work on your car they too will be friendly. Check these guys out.
