We live in Washington and if Wagler Automotive were in Jasper or Bloomington that is where I'd go. It all about trust and the prime reason is Norris.Julie at the front desk is a very good communicator. She always knows the status of my vehicle and is honest in her appraisal of time frames. Regarding the service. Norris attended to all our vehicles at his former place of employment in Washington and was (and is) expert in his diagnostics (especially pre computer sophistication). When Norris fixes anything it stays fixed. When he decided to work at Wagler Automotive we followed him there.And, the cost. Always reasonable especially when I know the service will be expert.

I recently got my oil changed for my tdi Jetta and was charged $102 and I told them that's a ridiculous price for a oil change and they responded with “we don't get the oil any cheaper†but I found the same exact oil for sale at advanced autozone for a 5qt for only 27.99 and then they also had Mobil one for diesel for 30.99 for 5qt container. What Wagler is charging is down right wrong and borderline scam and I will not go back to them or even recommend them to anyone as you can get the same work done anywhere else at a more affordable price. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this shop.

Shredded the underneath of my car while towing. Didn't call to tell me about what happened. I found it shredded the next day at the drop site. I called and they lied. Awful company. Will be speaking to someone higher up. I will never recommend to anyone.
