I usually move my money to other accounts because of investing and auto pay bills.I did have my other account (TCU) hacked and while that was pending I tried to overdraw, they didn't let me.. I get direct deposit and they see how much is deposited. Not a fan of that no emergency cushion. Good thing I had my emergency card, otherwise I could have been jammed worse you know. Otherwise, they've been good to me.”

“I was having the worst experience at the NJ MVC (my third visit for this vehicle registration) and every time I went back they told me I needed more info for the title, or something was wrong. I called Rachel Kelman at CommunityWide FCU while I was at the MVC and she helped me get what I needed instantly, and not only did she answer the phone but she went out of her way to get me what I needed. Then I went back in line and they said the info for the finance company was still wrong so I called Rachel AGAIN and she answered and gave me what I needed in seconds. The MVC was looking at 20 year old info and and Rachel offered to talk to them to tell them what to look for. She definitely went above and beyond which is hard to find these days so I want to just commend and thank her for her help. Outstanding service. And huge Kudos to Rachel Kelman!! Season 2 Episode 5 of kitchen nightmares, Gordon Ramsey reviewed a restaurant named J Willie's, in this exact location. "It's as if a herd of Buffaloes trampled the floor" was described as the restaurants floors. In 2015, the building was demolished, and here stands this ATM on it's grave. *iconic waterphone plays*”

“I recently decided to discontinue my membership at 1st source bank for several reasons. I did a little research online and figured out that TCU was a option for me so I decided to stop into the Main Street branch to see about opening up a new checking/savings account there. Long story short, it was a great choice to do so and here's why. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a friendly welcome from Alivia, one of the employees that works there. She was very helpful and nice and made the whole experience/process easy and comfortable. “Was having some issues with transferring funds from my other bank to my community wide account due to issues with the other bank. Was at a deadend with idea how to proceed until I called and was connected with Andrea. Not only did Andrea do everything she possibly could from their end, she went as far as getting on my other banks website and helped me figure out their unnecessarily complicated system. After already nearly an hour on the phone just getting funds sent from the other bank. I followed up with her again once my other bank released the funds on their end and she even went to her co-worker and ensured the funds were received and would be processed into my account the same day. Wouldn't have been able to figure it out without her assistance and will be doing all of my business with her from here on. Thank you again Andrea.”
