My partner went to this bank two days ago to cash his check. A bank clerk inside stated that my partner’s check seemed like “a lot” to them and decided to call his boss to confirm the amount on the check. This check wasn’t $10,000, so I don’t understand why a bank clerk would find it necessary to “investigate” the amount of this check that my partner worked hard for.

I had a lake city account for years with no issues I had an auto loan thru them everything was fine. I got an investment opportunity and I needed to have an amount of money wired to a different bank. So I went into this location to send the money and they told me I wasn’t aloud to wire money to the bank. So I ended up getting a check for the money I needed at a different lake city location. Then weeks later I find out lake city closed my account without even notifying me, because I went and got a cashiers check and sent the money where it needed to go after they denied my wire transfer. not only do I have a checking account thru them I also have an auto loan which now I can’t access either because my account was closed and my user ID deleted. Long story short this has been the worst banking experience I have had in my life and don’t recommend anyone doing business with them if they would do this to one of there customers

Didn’t care for this branch. Went in with my kids. They asked if we would put masks on. Ok no biggie. Next guy walks in with no mask and they didn’t ask him to put one on. My kids noticed it too and wondered why we were asked to put them on. Made them feel singled out. Was kinda rude.

I'm from out of town and had a lot of change to turn in for dollar bills. You don't have to have and account with them to turn in change. And you get it all back.
