This place is a joke! I had a return because I bought the wrong kind of toothpaste.. I bought whitening and I don't like that kind. So I go into ask if tooth paste can be exchanged, it can, I go pick out the tooth paste (same brand same kind just non whitening) not only do I have to pay more for the toothpaste than yesterday, I didn't get refunded my money it was given to me as extra bucks and not even the full price was given back, a whole 10 cents but still, my point is i now have to spend more money at cvs only if I want my money

Multiple times now they have some automated text and call to let me know my prescriptions are ready and I show up and no pharmacist is there working and other times the automated machine said my insulin was there and showed up and they didn’t have my medicine. Terrible system. I understand being under staffed but when it comes to some medicines to be told it’s ready and there when you’re out specially when your life depends on it is very frustrating. Switching pharmacies

Terrible Experience! I took off work early to pick up my prescription before the pharmacy closes at 6:00 pm. I pulled into drive thru at 5:50, the pharmacist looked at me. I pushed the button and the recording said someone would be with me shortly. I wait . Nothing. Another person inside stairs at me. Nothing. Then, at 6:02 pm they turn off the lights and close the department right in front of me. Hello! I have been waiting for nearly 15 minutes while 3 people inside visited! I finally left. I will never fill another antibiotic here again! Go to Meijer's in Warsaw!

During in talking to the pharmacist the lady doing register ask me to move back and before I noticed she was closing the place to go to lunch without even staying anything to me...VERY RUDE AND MOVED TO SYRACUSE. I will not return

This place is horrible to work with. They are beyond rude. Their hours are very limited due to “staffing shortages”. Maybe it is the management. The last time antibiotics were picked up, they didn’t even bother to mix it. I got a bottle full of powder that I had to take back to be mixed.0/10 recommend. I have moved my pharmacy elsewhere and do not plan to return. This particular CVS has been rapidly declining lately.

Closing down the drive thru isn't helping people. Line had 6 people in it. Great move during cold and flu season. Love the staff but this isn't a great way to serve people.

Today was the 3rd time trying to get my prescriptions. If this is going to be ongoing maybe you should just shut the pharmacy and we can go to Syracuse. I'm tired trying to fight for my medications!!

Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable pharmacist, but often low on items that are in high demand, like ear drops for swimmers in June.
