The guy that runs this is unprofessional and rude and the units are not anything special. When I called to talk to someone I had to leave a message and didn’t get a call back for another 3 days. When he did call back, he was snotty and rude and didn’t have any interest in being civil. I would NEVER use this company again and would strongly advise others not to.

DO NOT rent any of this guy's units!!!! We rented a unit in Syracuse and within 4 months we had mold everywhere! We had to throw a chair because the mold was so bad. Then our next problem was mice droppings everywhere. We placed very high potent bait in the unit. They ate it but we still had am issue. We called the owner to report the issue. The only thing we got from him was that storage units mold and that every storage unit has rodent issues. Very poor business ethics. He owns places in Syracuse, North Webster and Warsaw, Indiana. I would HIGHLY recommend finding another storage business and never rent from here.

We rented a unit mid month and were charged a prorated amount, then charged at the beginning of the month for an entire month. We vacated 10 days later (less than a month total rental time). They have not only not refunded the resulting overcharge, they refuse to return calls or texts. This company is NOT honest. Be warned.

I called to see if this place had any small units available. Unfortunately, the guy who answered the phone was a smart-aleck. I didn't care for that so I called Pack Rat Self Storage and that guy was nice. I didn't mind driving a couple miles for nice service.
