The building seems ok but the service is super poor you will not be comfortable there and especially the price doesn't Mach accommodations the smell and your guest will harassed

I wasn't able to use the pool and that was one of the reasons we choose that hotel and I had kids with me looking forward to swimming and wasn't able to but other than that place was clean staff was friendly and it was neat and clean place

Would have gave a 0 if it would have let me. Don’t waste your time. They say the room is 145 and run your card and then say ur card declined for 250 extra after they take the 145 and l. Lobby Bathroom stays locked may not use it. And then they are absolutely rude. Don’t recommend

I had a terrible experience. Money came up missing from my room and when I confronted the person at the front desk they threatened to call the police. After I returned home I was contacted by Wyndham headquarters because the staff falsely accused me of stealing things from the room totaling the amount of money that was missing from my room

I've stayed here twice and the place is kept clean, the staff is efficient and friendly and there are numerous restaurants close by. This will continue to be where I stay when in North Vernon.Walkability: Restaurants and a mall within walking distance.Food & drinks: Several restaurants close by, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Hardee's, Arby's and Dairy Queen.

Would have been better off driving 11 miles and saving $30 in a different quantity inn. Spent way too much money to get a sweet roll for breakfast. Avoid these cost cutters with premium prices.Then , they bother to check the reviews and started lying about me even being there, no defense was offered to the issues listed, so I took pictures. Including the tiny bathroom.Noteworthy details: Cuts costs while charging for premium service. Best to avoid.

They suckThey charge you when you get thereAnd and don’t give up a receipt until you check out so they can charge for there so called extrasDo not go there!And they’re a bunch of scammersThey think there above the the laws of this here country!I will be there in the morning with the police to solve this!

Stayed here recently with a group of my friends for a weekend event at the muscatatuck urban training center nearby. Really did not enjoy my stay. The place was very humid and stuffy. They either had the ac in the lobby and hallways off or running it very conservatively. During my stay, the temperatures were in the 80s for a high. For some reason the pool was closed and the entire first floor of rooms were unavailable due to maintenance/cleaning our rooms were on the second floor. If you plan to come here, pack light. There is NO elevator, my friends and I had to carry all our gear up and down several times during our stay it was a very annoying. The rooms weren't great but also not terrible. The room was way too overpriced at about $150 a night. Something is also wrong with the shower drains because the water was not draining fast enough. The owner came off pretty rude and unfriendly. From the moment I checked in, I got very judgey vibes from him. For example some of us went down to the lobby to check out the complimentary breakfast one morning, which was totally pathetic, and were immediately confronted by him asking us if we were guests and what room we were staying In. No we just happened to have room cards and came in off the street to look for a free meal, what the hell kind of question was that? This place sucks don't stay here!

Checking in was met with rude lady who charged me $350 to stay here. I initially booked for $150 & prepaid online. After arriving & checking in woman at front desk informed me there was a $250 extra charge for the room. They did say they'd refund my $250 as long as they ensure I don't steal anything...uh what? I wouldn't steal from a motel room. Nor would I usually pay this much. My husband is handicapped & I mentioned this. No elevator, second floor room??? She didn't even listen or care. Long drive, no other choice. Have several business trips coming up in area. I will need to find another place to stay. ☹️

Stayed here with my mom, siblings, uncles, and grandparents Thursday - Saturday. Worst 3 days of my life, to say the least. We had no choice but to request new rooms because as soon as we walked into our rooms, we couldn't help but gag due to the putrid smell of sewer gas. When we asked for air fresheners, we were handed a bottle of "disinfectant spray" to spray in the air! We did not do that. Instead, we cleared out the Walgreens down the street of all their cleaning supplies and cleaned our rooms top to bottom and still managed to do better than the housekeeper who is also the receptionist. The pool was closed due to being unable to pass the lab tests. Owners were carrying suspicious buckets out of the back constantly and dumping them behind the building. I would have preferred to stay at the Dairy Queen Across the street, which also sucked. Horrible first impression of Indiana after a 4.5-hour car ride. Please take the time to stay in Columbus or Seymour and not North Vernon. Nothing is good in that town.

Tried to check in at 10:30p.m. the rate was going to be $145. They tried to charge us over $300 saying the other funds would be returned upon checkout barely 12 hrs later. This place is a fleabag. There was a sign saying the pool was closed until 'lab results would back clean.' Don't stay here. For you health or financial wellbeing. Just stay somewhere else. It's not worth it.Not pet friendly , in fact not friendly at all. Would leave 0 stars if possible

Do not go to this hotel. I needed an extra 15 minutes to check out because I was on my way to a funeral and I had to iron my clothes. The jerk of an owner/manager charged me a whole extra night. He had zero compassion.
