I like that whenever I need to speak with them and I tell them just my name, which is unusually spelled, they know exactly who I am. They are always friendly and helpful and I'm glad I do business with them.

We had hail damage a couple months back on our Corolla. I'm glad I got full coverage at Jim's recommendation. They took care of the damage and provide a rental car while ours was in the shop all at no cost to us. This is real insurance. Saved us a ton of money.
