Waiting over a month for lift chair repair. All parts are in but now it is whenever they can schedule. They have their money and I have to without my chair

Numerous scripts sent in February 2023 by doctor for medical equipment for son only to get wrong equipment we are stuck with and can’t use! Power wheelchair to be one of them after being promised by Zach a lift to carry it on car would be no problem! 6 months later and can’t get lift carrier and can’t use power chair to transport son even to his multiple doctors! Much less him be able to have a life outside of the home. Received an electric bath chair in box that is wrong and can’t use it! Stuck with it as well! Have called owner Blake about run around was promised return call after investigating issues, still NOTHING! This all is not including the scripts that was turned in, in September and not heard a word from NOONE on that equipment. Promises, lies, and excuses is what this company is all about! And I might add the MONEY not for the patient! Beware if your in desperate need for equipment for your loved ones!!

Doctor sent in a order for test strips, glucose meter, and insulin needles. Went to pick up the next day lady lied about them being out for delivery. Next day i go in all of a sudden the meter isn't ordered and they wont deliver the other items until the meter is ordered. Meanwhile i have insulin but not needles. This should be illegal, avoid and go with Walmart.
