Thanks for the great deal on my Lightning! I had a fantastic experience buying a truck here. I called about the online listing and spoke to Jackson. We agreed on a price. I drove in a picked up the truck. Bill B. in finance had all the paperwork ready. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I went in on a time crunch to test drive a van, drove it over night on two separate occasions, traded my vehicle in and they were accommodating on price with both my trade in and what I purchased. Every person I encountered was friendly and professional. They have my business from this point on.

I will NEVER go to this dealership again. I had a recall on my Ford Fusion brake line for over a year and a half but could not get it repaired until Ford could make and distribute a machine that could check/ fix it. So periodically I would call to see if they had received the machine yet. When they finally got it no one called me to let me know , I had to call them. I was told it would take less than two hours to fix it. I called two hours later and it wasn’t fixed because they were having problems but it would be ready that evening. So, fast forward to three days later and it still wasn’t fixed and I had no vehicle. (I had to ask for something to drive) THEN I’m told that nothing was wrong with my brake line ( what the recall was for and my car had been doing EXACTLY what the recall said it would do which almost caused me to wreck more than a dozen times because my breaks wouldn’t work until it was mashed to the floor) but my master cylinder was bad and needed to be replaced (hmmm odd) costing over $400. I already didn’t believe what I was being told and then I found out from someone that works there that when they went to bleed my brakes the machine broke my master cylinder. We weren’t told anything about a machine breaking anything until my husband was expected to pay and he confronted them about what we heard and they told him “ No what the machine broke was something else” I say B.S.
So three and a half MONTHS later I got my car back . Is it fixed? Who knows? “ Family Ford? I don’t think so. Dishonest FORD. I will be contacting the state consumer protection agency about this unacceptable experience.

Amazing group of honest sales people. They go above and beyond. There are not very many easy to deal with car dealers. This place is however awesome! If you need a new vehicle you definitely should reach out to Jackson at family ford.

Traded in my vehicle with them for an upgrade and wow I am so happy I did. My sales lady, Whitney, friendly, easy to get along with and no pressure ever. Sales manager over the phone gave me a trade in quote by my pictures of my vehicle and when we drove almost 3 hrs to get to dealership, they totally honored quote to the penny. Finance dept fast and easy too and no pressure for extra warranties etc. I am 100% Satisfied ! Thank you !

What an awesome experience!!! I was in the market for a Jeep.
